Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), the Vice President of Talent Acquisition is a member of the North American HR Leadership Team and leads a geographically dispersed team of Talent Acquisition professionals who are focused on creating innovative approaches to sourcing and recruiting the best talent for Sunrise.
In this role, you are responsible for developing, leading, and implementing world class talent acquisition strategies, and all sourcing, recruiting, vendor management, data & analytics reporting in support of the organization’s business goals and objectives.
You will partner with leaders across the organization including operations and finance to implement strategic, standardized, cost efficient, effective talent attraction solutions by leveraging data and insights to meet the evolving talent needs and demands of the organization.
You will define and champion the candidate experience, continuously improve the candidate journey from prospect to hire, including but not limited to application experience, funnel development, candidate communications, and process automation.
