RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS
Sunrise Senior Living- Arlington, MA location
1395 Massachusetts Avenue
- Full time, 40 hours, typically Monday through Friday normal business hours
- Flexibility with the schedule to work weekends and/or holidays if necessary
- Will be “ON CALL” and can receive urgent calls about maintenace and repairs matters from time to time
- As an ON CALL team member may need to come to community for emergency on a day off
(NO signing bonus)
- Oversight of the Maintenance Assistant and Housekeeping Team
- There are 85 units- capacity could be up to 90+ depending on any double occupancy
- Current census is 85 residents- Assisted Living and Memory Care
- Excellent health/dental/vision benefits, 401 K, including tuition reimbursement
- Minimum of one full year management experience preferably in a SNF and/or ALF
- Experience with hiring, training, coaching staff
- Experience with managing a staff schedule (knowledge of On Shift would be excellent)
- Must have a comfort level with “hands on” support of staff with repairs and maintenance, mechanical, housekeeping, floor care
- Able to demonstrate proficiency with computer skills such as Microsoft Office, Outlook and applications such as Kronos
- Working knowledge of People Soft Accounts Payable and Invoice Systems (or similar) will be very beneficial
- HVAC and Mechanicals knowledge very helpful
