JOB OVERVIEW

As a member of the HRIS team, you will produce reports, configure settings, and help optimize processes associated with our Recruiting Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Additionally, you will analyze information and contribute to initiatives associated with recruiting utilizing a high level of technical and functional knowledge. You will report to the Director of HR Technology and work in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team, Compliance team, Payroll team, Integrations team, and other HRIS analysts on data, system workflows, processes, and interfaces between technology applications.

Essential Duties

  • Configure system settings, workflows, forms, data fields based on business inputs

  • Assist in the development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs

  • Develop, implement, and modify software and hardware requirements based on changing business requirements.

  • Help maintain data integrity by performing audits, running queries and analyzing data

  • Work with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrades for new tools

  • Handle HRIS issues and unexpected results or process flaws, including research and resolution of tickets

  • Provide support including researching and resolving problems, unexpected results or process flaws; perform scheduled activities; recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements

  • Establish and maintain procedures, guidelines and documentation

  • Ensure HRIS systems and data is compliant and meets standards for protection of Personally Identifiable Information and adheres to company policies and procedures

  • Develop processes and contribute to training materials

  • Train HR team and leaders on new processes/functionality

  • Participate in planning, analysis and development of business requirements for HRIS modifications and enhancements

  • As needed, implement updated HRIS product or changes by providing production support, including researching and resolving problems via testing the system(s) Education and Experience

  • Project Management responsibility including directing teams, delegating to appropriate areas and supervising through completion of assigned projects/tasks

  • Maintain compliance in assigned required training and all training required by state/province or other regulating authorities as applicable to this role to ensure that Sunrise standards are always met.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.




Experience and Qualifications


To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed throughout this job description are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required.



  • Requires bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • 4+ years’ experience with ATS software or in a technology-focused role, administration of systems related to HR (ATS, HCM)

  • Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Excel; advanced or macro experience a plus

  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a high-level of attention to detail

  • Experience working with different teams and providing support to leaders

  • Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs and support multiple projects simultaneously
