JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a strategic, highly organized, and proactive Finance & Investments Coordinator to support the Senior Vice President, Head of Investment Management. This role blends executive support, project management, and chief of staff functions, serving as a critical partner in driving strategic initiatives, coordinating investment activities, and ensuring operational excellence across the Finance organization. The position requires a problem-solver with strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Job Description


Essential Duties

Executive Support



  • Manage complex calendars, travel logistics, expense reporting, and correspondence with accuracy and discretion.

  • Prepare briefing materials, financial presentations, and executive reports for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Act as a trusted liaison and gatekeeper, ensuring alignment, prioritization, and clear communication between the SVP and cross-functional teams.

  • Coordinate meeting logistics, board materials, and follow-up actions to support seamless execution.



Project Management



  • Lead and coordinate strategic projects and cross-departmental initiatives within the Finance and Investments teams.

  • Develop project plans, track deliverables, and manage timelines to ensure measurable results.

  • Facilitate collaboration among Finance, Development, and Operations teams to drive project success and continuous improvement.

  • Support data analysis, reporting, and tracking of investment performance and capital initiatives.



Chief of Staff Functions



  • Partner with the SVP to define priorities, monitor progress, and execute strategic goals.

  • Draft executive-level communications, presentations, and strategic updates for leadership and external partners.

  • Gather, analyze, and synthesize data into actionable insights that inform financial decisions and performance management.

  • Represent the SVP in select meetings, ensuring follow-through and alignment on key initiatives.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certification in business, finance, or project management preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in executive support, project coordination, or chief of staff type roles.

  • Demonstrated understanding of finance, investment operations, or corporate strategy.

  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.

  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments with competing priorities.

  • High degree of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, or Monday.com), and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Slack).

  • Proven success in leading cross-functional projects and enabling organizational change.

  • Prefer experience in management consulting, investment analysis, or strategy.

  • Exposure to hospitality, senior living, or service-driven industries is a plus.
