The Manager of Learning & Organizational Events will collaborate with Senior Executives, cross-organizational stakeholders, and third-party partners in the planning, design, development, and execution of key organizational events. He/She will possess significant knowledge in areas such as: adult learning design and development, large scale meeting logistics management, and organizational diagnosis and design. The Manager of Learning & Organizational Events will report to the VP of Talent Management and be an integral member of the Human Resources team.
Skilled at working collaboratively across all levels of the organization
Experienced in learning design and development
Consultative skills including organizational diagnosis and design
Ability to navigate ambiguity, to make sense of disparate information and create a forward-moving plan
Working knowledge of event production and logistics management for large-scale meetings and events (250-500+)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
