This role provides strategic direction and oversight to the planning, scheduling, labor management functions and is the business owner of the associated systems within Sunrise Senior Living. This person will be responsible for leading the Workforce Management strategy, labor management processes and associated continuous improvement efforts across the Sunrise platform. This position drives profitability by leading the effort to effectively and efficiently utilize labor resources to support exceptional customer satisfaction, operational compliance, and team member satisfaction. This position partners with key corporate departments, field leaders, and external partners to facilitate the achievement of organizational goals on an annual basis.
