    Sunrise is seeking an Executive Assistant (EA) for three (3) Senior Vice Presidents (SVP) at the corporate headquarters in McLean, VA.

    RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS

     
    • Duties include providing administrative support to SVP of Legal,  SVP of Marketing Communications, and SVP of Sales
    • Scheduling appointments/calendar management (including coordination of logistics as necessary, notices, support materials, meeting room, catering, etc.)
    • Preparing daily schedules
    • Answering, screening and directing telephone calls with professionalism
    • Booking travel
    • Composing letters and email correspondence consistent with the SVP writing style
    • Handling deliveries and mail
    • Prioritizing and managing multiple tasks to meet deadlines
    • Creating and reviewing expense reports
    • Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date filing system
    • Coordinating the outside activities for 3 SVPs 
    • Planning and executing logistics for the organization’s annual sales rally 

    Qualifications: 

    • 5+ years of administrative experience; 2+ years of Executive Assistant experience preferred.
    • High School diploma; 2 or 4 year degree is preferred or EA certificate.
    • Competent in organizational, time management skills
    • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) with the ability to learn new applications
    • Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills
    • Possess strong written and verbal skills for effective communication
    • Ability to handle confidential information and set priorities
    • Minimum requirement is a High School diploma; Bachelor's Degree preferred 
    • Possess a broad understanding of the organization
    • Maintain effective working relationships with the executive leadership team 
    • Strong attention to detail, efficient, Agile, proactive, and the ability to handle multiple priorities
