The LPN Medication Care Manager is responsible for providing the highest degree of quality care and services by administering medication and treatments in a safe organized manner. The Community Sales Director (CSD) is responsible for the marketing and sales planning and execution for the community. The CSD is delegated significant and discretionary powers to market their community. The CSD takes the lead in assessing the local market and developing a marketing plan tailored to the geographic region in which the community is located. Through the development of a successful Sales Plan, the CSD will sell the community by advancing leads through the sales process with the objective of reaching and maintaining budgeted occupancy and revenue goals.
