The Lead Server is responsible for providing dining and table services to residents and guests in the community’s dining rooms and designated areas in accordance with Sunrise Senior Living standards. The Lead Server is responsible for training new servers, maintaining proper dining room set up, assisting in special events, monitoring appropriate checklists in support of the dining area cleanliness and readiness standards and assisting in table top inventories maintenance. Responsible for handling all food and beverages in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards and complies with all federal, state and local regulatory procedures regarding food service.

The Concierge is often the initial contact and first impression that many people have of Sunrise Senior Living. The Concierge is responsible for greeting potential residents, families, and visitors, managing both external and internal calls, and taking and communicating messages. The Concierge provides an overview of community information to those inquiries in support of the Director of Sales (DOS) and Executive Director (ED). The Cook uses their knowledge and experience in food production to ensure the proper, timely, and safe preparation and service of food according to established recipes, while adhering to all food safety and sanitation requirements and maintaining a safe and orderly kitchen. Responsible to effectively manage all food production in the absence of the Dining Services Coordinator.

The Dishwasher is responsible for cleaning and janitorial duties in areas dedicated to the production and consumption of food and beverage, including the kitchen, dining room, bistro, private dining room, serveries/pantries, and any other identified locations. Through the development of a successful Sales Plan, the DOS will sell the community by advancing leads through the sales process with the objective of reaching and maintaining budgeted occupancy and revenue goals.
