The Director of Sales (DOS) is responsible for the marketing and sales planning and execution for the community. The DOS is delegated significant and discretionary powers to market their community. The DOS takes the lead in assessing the local market and developing a marketing plan tailored to the geographic region in which the community is located and developing a Sales and Marketing Budget. Through the development of a successful Sales Plan, the DOS will sell the community by advancing leads through the sales process with the objective of reaching and maintaining budgeted occupancy and revenue goals.

The Activities Assistant is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day delivery of resident centered activities and programs for the Sunrise Senior Living Community while meeting and/or exceeding Sunrise quality standards. The Activities Assistant will assist in the development and leading of the community’s engaging resident centered activities and volunteer programs and services for the community.

The Social Services Coordinator is responsible for the assessment and coordination of social services for our guests/residents in our Skilled Nursing Centers. The Wellness Nurse is responsible for monitoring the health and well-being of our residents and provides leadership support and assistance with resident care and services. The Executive Chef is responsible for providing overall leadership and management for all phases of foodproduction and food presentation operations for the community’s Dining Services operations. The Concierge is often the initial contact and first impression that many people have of Sunrise Senior Living. The Concierge is responsible for greeting potential residents, families, and visitors, managing both external and internal calls, and taking and communicating messages.
