The Pantry Assistant will assist the Executive Chef in providing management ordering/receiving/storing of food products for the community’s Dining Services operations. These responsibilities include but are not limited to understanding the menu ingredients, maintaining a proper inventory of ingredients, ensuring ingredients are properly stored to maximize shelf life, notify DSD of any vendor product problems, ensure all poor quality products are returned and credited.
