The Director of Sales (DOS) is responsible for the marketing and sales planning and execution for the community. The DOS is delegated significant and discretionary powers to market their community. The DOS takes the lead in assessing the local market and developing a marketing plan tailored to the geographic region in which the community is located and developing a Sales and Marketing Budget. The Resident Care Director (RCD) serves as the nursing clinical leader for the community and is responsible to lead and manage the health and wellness along with coordination of care and services to residents within the community. Responsible for oversight and implementation of all Care programs, regulatory compliance, recruiting, and performance management.

The Resident Care Coordinator (RCC) is responsible for providing overall leadership and management of the Assisted Living, Terrace Club and/or Reminiscence Neighborhoods to which they are assigned. Responsibilities include but are not limited to participating in the evaluation of and service planning for residents, leading the care manager team in the provision of high quality, safe care to residents, collaborating with the Resident Care Director (RCD) when residents require care that is clinical in nature, and creating staffing and scheduling plans for the care manager team.
