The Medication Care Manager is responsible for providing the highest degree of quality care and services by administering medication and treatments in a safe organized manner. - Sunrise Leader The Resident Care Coordinator (RCC) is responsible for providing overall leadership and management of the Assisted Living, Terrace Club and/or Reminiscence Neighborhoods to which they are assigned. Responsibilities include but are not limited to participating in the evaluation of and service planning for residents, leading the care manager team in the provision of high quality, safe care to residents, collaborating with the Resident Care Director (RCD) when residents require care that is clinical in nature, and creating staffing and scheduling plans for the care manager team. The RCC assists in the recruiting, hiring, and training of team members, and is responsible for team member recognition, engagement and performance management and evaluations.
