The LPN Medication Care Manager is responsible for providing the highest degree of quality care and services by administering medication and treatments in a safe organized manner. The Licensed Nursing Home Administrator is responsible for providing overall leadership and management of the skilled nursing center. Responsible for leading all day-to-day operations of the skilled nursing center in accordance with federal, state, and local standards and Sunrise Senior Living policies to promote the highest degree of quality care is provided to our guests/residents.

The Cook uses their knowledge and experience in food production to ensure the proper, timely, and safe preparation and service of food according to established recipes, while adhering to all food safety and sanitation requirements and maintaining a safe and orderly kitchen. Responsible to effectively manage all food production in the absence of the Dining Services Coordinator.

The Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) is responsible for providing direct resident care including nursing/clinical care, personal, nutritional and restorative care in the skilled nursing operations and other areas throughout the community as appropriate. The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing direct guest/resident care and supervision and oversight of the guest/resident care by the licensed and non-licensed team members in the skilled nursing center. The Driver is responsible for providing safe, timely, and courteous transportation for residents to and from various activities while providing quality service. Responsible for maintaining paperwork and records in addition to maintaining the community’s vehicles in good working condition to include monthly and pre-trip vehicle inspections. Responsible for ensuring effective communication with residents and families and for notifying the Assisted Living Coordinator (ALC) and/or Reminiscence Coordinator (RC) of any changes in a resident’s condition or behavior. Responsible for reading the Daily Log and for making appropriate entries as needed.

The Dining Services Coordinator I is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, overall leadership, and management of the dining and hospitality operations in the community. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, food preparation and service in accordance with the Sunrise culinary programs, accurate delivery of dietary modifications, procurement, financial and budgetary management, labor management, hiring, supervising and training team members, ensuring proper sanitation and safe food handling, accurate record keeping, inventory and rotation of products, regulatory compliance, and communicating with residents and families to ensure high levels of resident satisfaction.

The Maintenance Assistant is responsible for performing maintenance and housekeeping duties in the community and around the community grounds as assigned. Responsible for assisting with maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for the residents, guests, and team members.
