Schedule:  2PM - 10PM *Must be available every other weekend*    The Lead Care Manager functions as the lead to a group of Care Managers/ "Designated Care Managers" during the shift. The Lead Care Manager ensures quality care and services are being provided and documented, in a consistent manner and in alignment with each resident's individualized Service Plan (ISP) and Sunrise policies, to residents in our care neighborhoods. The Lead Care Manager leads by example in all job responsibilities, and may work variable hours to likely include some weekend and holiday duty. 

The LPN Medication Care Manager is responsible for providing the highest degree of quality care and services by administering medication and treatments in a safe organized manner. Responsibilities include but are not limited to administration of medications, documentation of medication administration, conducting SHUs, and providing resident care while demonstrating the Mission for Sunrise Senior Living, “to champion the quality of life for all seniors” in accordance with federal, state/provincial, and local laws, standards and regulations and Sunrise Senior Living policies to promote the highest degree of quality care and services to our residents.

The Dishwasher is responsible for cleaning and janitorial duties in areas dedicated to the production and consumption of food and beverage, including the kitchen, dining room, bistro, private dining room, serveries/pantries, and any other identified locations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to dish and pot washing, cleaning of general areas and kitchen equipment, and storage and rotation of food and supplies while adhering to all food safety and sanitation requirements and maintaining a safe and orderly kitchen.

Responsibilities include promoting excellence in resident care in accordance with each resident’s Individualized Service Plan (ISP)/Individualized Care Plan (ICP), programming, providing outreach and support to families, being resourceful and knowledgeable with the Family Resource Library and the evolving infoSavermation on Alzheimer’s disease. Responsible for championing the designated care manager concept throughout the neighborhood, assisting in the recruiting, hiring, and training of team members, completing staffing, scheduling and timekeeping review, team member recognition, engagement, and performance management.   Certified Dementia Practitioners are encouraged to apply.

The Cook uses their knowledge and experience in food production to ensure the proper, timely, and safe preparation and service of food according to established recipes, while adhering to all food safety and sanitation requirements and maintaining a safe and orderly kitchen. Responsible to effectively manage all food production in the absence of the Dining Services Coordinator.

The Maintenance Assistant is responsible for performing maintenance and housekeeping duties in the community and around the community grounds as assigned. Responsible for assisting with maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for the residents, guests, and team members.
