The Dining Services Coordinator I is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, overall leadership, and management of the dining and hospitality operations in the community. The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Facilities Management functions in the community and around the community grounds. Responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for the residents. This is accomplished by having a working knowledge of building systems, such as plumbing, Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC), electrical and mechanical, equipment repair, and related code requirements.
