The Community Sales Director (CSD) is responsible for the marketing and sales planning and execution for the community. The CSD is delegated significant and discretionary powers to market their community. The CSD takes the lead in assessing the local market and developing a marketing plan tailored to the geographic region in which the community is located. The Server is responsible for providing timely and professional meal service to residents and guests, bussing and resetting tables, general cleaning, and completing assigned side work while adhering to all food safety and sanitation requirements and maintaining a safe and orderly work environment.

The Kitchen Utility Worker is responsible for cleaning and janitorial duties in areas dedicated to the production and consumption of food and beverage, including the kitchen, dining room, bistro, private dining room, serveries/pantries, and any other identified locations.
