The Lead Caregiver ensures quality care and services are being provided and documented, in a consistent manner and in alignment with each resident's individualized Service Plan (ISP) and Sunrise policies, to residents in our care neighborhoods. The Lead Caregiver leads by example in all job responsibilities, and may work variable hours to likely include some weekend and holiday duty. 

The Maintenance Assistant is responsible for performing maintenance and housekeeping duties in the community and around the community grounds as assigned. Responsible for assisting with maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for the residents, guests, and team members.

The Resident Care Director (RCD) serves as the nursing clinical leader for the community and is responsible to lead and manage the health and wellness along with coordination of care and services to residents within the community. Responsible for oversight and implementation of all Care programs, regulatory compliance, recruiting, and performance management.

The Reminiscence Coordinator is responsible for providing overall leadership and management of the reminiscence neighborhood. Responsibilities include promoting excellence in resident care in accordance with each resident’s Individualized Service Plan (ISP)/Individualized Care Plan (ICP), programming, providing outreach and support to families, being resourceful and knowledgeable with the Family Resource Library and the evolving information on Alzheimer’s disease. Responsible for championing the designated care manager concept throughout the neighborhood, assisting in the recruiting, hiring, and training of team members, completing staffing, scheduling and timekeeping review, team member recognition, engagement, and performance management.
