The Sr. Resident Care Director (RCD) serves as the nursing clinical leader for the community and is responsible to lead and manage the health and wellness along with coordination of care and services to residents within the community. Responsible for oversight and implementation of all Care programs, regulatory compliance, recruiting and performance management.
The Director of Facilities is responsible for providing overall leadership and management of the facilities management operations in Full Service communities. The primary responsibility is maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for the residents. This is accomplished by having extensive knowledge of all building systems and related code requirements. Systems include plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), electrical, and equipment repair. The position requires a team player with sound supervisory, organizational, and time management skills that interacts positively with all team members to meet the community’s objectives.

The Assisted Living Coordinator is responsible for providing overall leadership and management of the assisted living neighborhood. Responsibilities include but not limited to championing the designated care manager concept and the universal care manager model throughout the neighborhood, assisting in the recruiting, hiring, and training of team members in the neighborhood, and completing staffing, scheduling, and daily reviews of timekeeping reports.
