The Financial Analyst supports value creation across our operating and development portfolios, and supports the execution of operational initiatives to maximize returns on their assigned portfolio assets. The Medication Care Manager is responsible for providing the highest degree of quality care and services by administering medication and treatments in a safe organized manner. Responsibilities include but are not limited to administration of medications, documentation of medication administration and providing resident care while demonstrating the Mission for Sunrise Senior Living, “to champion the quality of life for all seniors” in accordance with federal, state/provincial, and local laws, standards, and regulations and Sunrise Senior Living policies to promote the highest degree of quality care and services to our residents.
The Talent Acquisition (TA) Project Manager will work with the Vice President, TA to streamline and develop consistent processes, create best practices, and ensure technological operational excellence for the TA Team. This role is instrumental in driving the full cycle recruitment processes, agency excellence, and TA best practices from inception to onboard.

The Area Director of Business Development (ADBD) is responsible for using market knowledge and company resources to develop and implement business development strategies for an assigned market that will generate qualified, nonpaid professional referrals, bring more seniors to Sunrise Senior Living and position Sunrise as a preferred provider. The ADBD also drives strategies related to local paid referral partners to generate 3rd party referrals and move-ins from these partners.
