The Area Director of Business Development (ADBD) is responsible for using market knowledge and company resources to develop and implement business development strategies for an assigned market that will generate qualified, nonpaid professional referrals, bring more seniors to Sunrise Senior Living and position Sunrise as a preferred provider. The Administrator, Corporate Sales & Training is responsible for providing administrative support to the Vice President, Corporate Sales with corporate related sales functions included but not limited to supporting the Director of Sales onboarding program, national level sales initiatives and sales related project management. The administrator supports the facilitation of key strategic development initiatives and assists the Learning & Development team on an as needed basis supporting the facilitation of sales related training programs.
The Administrator, Corporate Sales & Training supports of the Director of Sales onboarding program. As directed by the Vice President, Corporate Sales, the administrator will assist the Director of Sales Training and/or the training team in overseeing the Sales Job Coach program. He or she will also support administrative tracking and trending of paid referral partner customer reviews, primarily APFM and Caring.
The Associate Director of Sales (ADOS) is responsible for supporting and assisting the Sales and Marketing team in achieving the Community’s occupancy and revenue goals. Responsibilities include assisting the Sales and Marketing team in managing the community’s sales and marketing database (CRM), maintaining appropriate sales collateral, supporting the scheduling and execution of on-site sales and marketing events, coordinating resident move in administrative to in-person activities. In addition to these core duties the ADOS may, under the supervision of the Director of Sales (DOS), Director of Sales and Marketing (DSM), or Sales Specialist (SS), work to advance leads through the sales process. This work may include conducting callouts, taking call-ins, and conducting presentations with internal customers.
The Director Care and Wellness Programs will lead the implementation of Care initiatives that support and impact Sunrise’s core business. Reporting directly to the SVP Care, this role will collaborate with Care leadership and cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include promoting evidence-based resident care for the independent, assisted living & skilled nursing communities, managing and driving program results that impact our resident experience and support Sunrise’s strategic initiatives.
The Director Care and Wellness Programs will champion care through clinical quality and process improvement initiatives, identify and mitigate clinical risk; assuring compliance with all Federal, State, Provincial, board of nursing and other applicable regulations and promote operational efficiency, impacting the bottom line of Sunrise’s core business. As a nursing clinical leader, the care director will provide strategic leadership consistent with the Sunrise mission and culture for implementation of organizational initiatives utilizing principles of change management while assuring effective communication and follow-up.
