The Skilled Nursing Administrator is responsible for providing overall leadership and management of the skilled nursing center. Responsible for leading all day-to-day operations of the skilled nursing center in accordance with federal, state, and local standards and Sunrise Senior Living policies to promote the highest degree of quality care is provided to our guests/residents.

The Activities Assistant is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day delivery of resident centered activities and programs for the Sunrise Senior Living Community while meeting and/or exceeding Sunrise quality standards. The Accounting Assistant is responsible for all accounts receivable and/or accounts payable system input, assists the Controller with the accuracy of monthly Profit and Loss (P&L) Summary reporting, balance sheet account reconciliations, Medicare/Medicaid billing and adherence to Sunrise Senior Living business process controls. The Accounting Assistance maintains resident administration / financial files per Sunrise Senior Living policy and procedures and in compliance with Federal and State regulations.

The Driver is responsible for providing safe, timely, and courteous transportation for residents to and from various activities while providing quality service. Responsible for maintaining paperwork and records in addition to maintaining the community’s vehicles in good working condition to include monthly and pre-trip vehicle inspections. Responsible for ensuring effective communication with residents and families and for notifying the Assisted Living Coordinator (ALC) and/or Reminiscence Coordinator (RC) of any changes in a resident’s condition or behavior. The Server is responsible for providing timely and professional meal service to residents and guests, bussing and resetting tables, general cleaning, and completing assigned side work while adhering to all food safety and sanitation requirements and maintaining a safe and orderly work environment.

The Dietary Aide is responsible for providing dining room services and/or tray delivery dining services toguests/residents in the community’s Skilled Nursing Center in accordance with Sunrise Senior Living standards. Responsible for proper dining set-up, providing meal and dining services and cleaning of the Skilled Nursing Center dining room(s). Responsible for handling all foods in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards and complies with all federal, state and local regulatory procedures regarding food service.

The Cook uses their knowledge and experience in food production to ensure the proper, timely, and safe preparation and service of food according to established recipes, while adhering to all food safety and sanitation requirements and maintaining a safe and orderly kitchen. Responsible to effectively manage all food production in the absence of the Dining Services Coordinator.

The Maintenance Assistant is responsible for performing maintenance and housekeeping duties in the community and around the community grounds as assigned. Responsible for assisting with maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for the residents, guests, and team members.

The Reminiscence Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership support of the reminiscence neighborhood. The Reminiscence Supervisor is a working leader in the day to day operations directly supervising and assisting the reminiscence team, championing the designated care manager concept and providing resident care and services. Responsible for assisting in the recruiting, selection and training of team members as well as staffing and scheduling. Assists in promoting excellence in resident care and programming, assists with the outreach to families with an understanding of the evolving information on Alzheimer’s disease. The Reminiscence Supervisor is responsible for assisting the community in maintaining high quality standards throughout the community.

OVERNIGHT SHIFT: 11 PM - 7 AMThe Security Team Member is responsible for providing security services ensuring a safe and secure environment for residents, guests and team members. A summary of responsibilities includes but not limited to promoting and guarding the community property and assets against fire, theft, vandalism and illegal entry by unauthorized persons while meeting and or exceeding Sunrise service standards.

The Sous Chef will assist the Executive Chef in providing overall leadership and management for all phases of food production and food presentation operations for the community’s Dining Services operations. These responsibilities include but not limited to overseeing the food production and food presentation operations, financial management, and coaching dining services team members.
