This includes developing a Quarterly Sales Plan, managing the lead database, and advancing leads through the sales process with the objective of reaching & maintaining budgeted occupancy and revenue goals. This is a float position servicing our Skilled Communities in VA, MD, PA and FL

The Pricing Analyst will support Sunrise’s Strategic Pricing efforts and be a critical liaison for sales and community leadership. This role will serve as a direct contact for pricing inquiries, feedback, and support. The Pricing Analyst will be actively engaged in collecting and analyzing information on market trends and conditions, evaluating anticipated occupancy demand, and will use the information to develop pricing recommendations and strategies.
A primary focus for this versatile and creative role will be to collaborate closely with our regional sales, operations, marketing, asset management team, and Sunrise’s third party hosted solution platform for our Senior Pricing Revenue Management tool.

The Dishwasher is responsible for cleaning and janitorial duties in areas dedicated to the production and consumption of food and beverage, including the kitchen, dining room, bistro, private dining room, serveries/pantries, and any other identified locations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to dish and pot washing, cleaning of general areas and kitchen equipment, and storage and rotation of food and supplies while adhering to all food safety and sanitation requirements and maintaining a safe and orderly kitchen.
